Hello,
This is vague, but years back on this 'Corner a fellow member (I believe the late Paul Crist) had mentioned that there is an alternate or variant release of the 1974-released LP album, "The Music of Scotland".
* (part of the "Sounds of the World Recordings" series -- it was also released in cassette form).
MY QUESTION IS:
. . . is there anyone among this 'Corner who knows what that variation or alternate (possibly a re-issue) consisted of?
For example, there were 2 versions of "The Music of Greece" ---> the original 1969 release w/ one cover image, and the re-issue of 1972 had a new (front + back) cover image; otherwise the tracks and other printed contents were identical.
Any help or awareness of this would be appreciated. I have had this in my notes to find out about since at least 2010. LOL.

Hi Scott
The original "THE MUSIC OF GREECE" was made in 1969, with the second version in 1972. I have them both. I have the 1974 edition of "THE MUSIC OF SCOTLAND" but am not aware of any other version (other than the cassette).
Dale,
...yeah, I would love to know what this mercurial "variant" of "Scotland" LP was....?
Oh, I made a typo in my original query above: (yes, the 1st-release "Greece" was 1969, not '1960' -- I made a typo).
