About Me:
Life Member of The National Geographic Society. I became very interested in the Society itself during the 1988 year when I was but 10. Became a proud member myself for my 12th birthday, January 1990. At last I didn't have to wait anymore for my Grandparents to be done with their issues!
Favorite National Geographic publication:
Hard to narrow down, but especially the vintage 1910-1920's era, and also the wonderful 1988 Centennial year.
Favorite travel destination:
my beautiful state!

Sounds great Scott,
I always enjoy talking with NG collectors & hearing about their experiences. I'm retired and available to chat quite often. I've been a NG member & collector since 1978. Hope to chat soon.

I actually just discovered this website a few weeks ago. It's very cool - I don't really have any particular interests in NG. I've been a fan my whole life, my Dad has an extensive collection and now I'm working on mine.

I haven't been on the site for a few weeks, went to the Custer WI Renewable Energy Fair on Friday. Many plans will be in the following months & years and will try to make an imact with alternatives. For Geographics, it will take a while to sort everything out and start with major projects.
