NGS Collection For Sale

Dear Fellow NGS collectors,

 

I'm turning 60 this year and have decided that I need to start clearing out my belongings.  I have a huge NGS collection; magazines, hardback books, tons of maps and map sets, Atlases, indexes, older NGS World Magazines and quite a variety of the older NGS School bulletins from the 60's and early 70's  TOOOO much to list.  My main mag collection is from 1949 to 1999...plus other mags in the 40's 30's and some 20's. Maps tha go back to the 20's etc.

 

I have some sought after collectables;

 

2 copies of "The National Geographic Society and its Magazine" 1957, both in fair to good condition

Scenes From Every Land, one with NGS cover, and one with a Library cover, both 1912

The Book of Monsters, 1914

The Book of Dogs, 1919

The Capital of our Country, 1923.

All the above books are in "very good" condition if not excellent.

 

I have 2 of the old Atlas Portfollios from the 60's.  One is complete with maps, and the other is bare with no maps in it.....and I do have all of the 60's maps that were issued to go into the follio

 

I also have a couple issues of the 1917 Flag edition in fair condition. A set of the 3 "Flag" covers, 1944, 1945, and 1959., and a Whole lot of other items.
