64- Jan, April, Oct, Dec
65- Jan, Mar, May, Oct, Dec
66- Almost full year! Only March, August, Oct missing
67- Feb, Dec
68-Jan
69-Almost full year! Only Nov, Dec missing
70-Aug

Hi Jérôme,
I just looked up prices for First Class mail--it could take up to 2 weeks, but should be about $12-13 an issue.
Which ones are you interested in?
