I have a modest amount of National Geographic's but I noticed that
one in particular has several pages printed upside down?

Vol. 164, no.1 July 1983. half of the Stone Age Art of Tanzania is upside down. Is there any more or less value attached to this particular magazine?

They are more than likely not printed upside down but the result of an error in the bindery when assembling the magazines.
