July 2018 issue won't load on online archive
The current issue (July 2018) will not load for me on the online archive. I've tried on two different computers and still no luck. I don't have a problem loading any other issue. I've contacted the National Geographic support center twice about it and have not received any response. Just curious if everyone else is experiencing the same glitch or is the problem somehow on my end?

Just tried to load the July 2018 issue and it did not load.. the June issue loaded fine...Maybe this months not available because its still available on the news stands...

Thank you for checking Phil! I'm glad it's not some weird problem that only I am experiencing. I've never had this happen before, even with new issues that are still on the stands. As soon as an issue is posted in the archive, its contents are available, so I think they messed something up here. I just wish they would address the problem. I first contacted them about the problem over a week ago, then again about half a week later, and I still haven't gotten a response, nor has the problem been fixed.

Finally heard back from technical support on this issue. They said they fixed the problem but I'm seeing no resolution. The issue still won't load for me :(

They seem to be responding more quickly at this point. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon.

UPDATE: They finally fixed the problem late last night. Only took them 16 days :P
