About Me:
I grew up on a remote ranch/homestead in coastal northern California. We did not have electric power or indoor plumbing, but we had the yellow magazine to read by kerosine lamp light. I was fortunate to be able to attend college and become a primatologist and journal editor, and I was employed by NGS as associate editor of National Geographic RESEARCH.
