I am a NG collector who has painstakingly collected (over the past 35 years) a complete set of NG magazines AND slipcases spanning the years approximately 1922 to present. The time has come to part ways with my beloved NG magazine collection- my wife says "They're just collecting dust!". I have some valuable pre-1920 issues as well. I only collect magazines whose spines are in good to excellent condition- I have insisted on no, or minimal, spine wear, such as tears, chips, or other blemishes. I have a huge collection of maps going back 50-60 years, as well as some VERY expensive older maps from the 1910-1940 years. The collection is essentially COMPLETE after the year 1928 or so. I have probably spent $5000+ over the years accumulating these issues, in very good to excellent condition. I live in Melbourne FL, which is about an hour East of Orlando. It would probably make the most sense for me to sell the entire collection at once, rather than piecemeal, which could take months or years and innumerable trips to the Post Office. Also local pickup would be much preferred, since shipping 85+ years of magazines would be prohibitive. If any one here is interested, let me know, otherwise I can put them up on Ebay to be sold "all or none". I think $1000 would be reasonable but I really have not yet tested the Ebay market. What do you all think?

Hi Ron -
I am an interior designer working on a project in Seattle WA. We would like to fill the home's library with national geographics that are in reasonably good condition. We would like to purchase the whole collection if it is still available. I noted that you are in FL and thus we would have to transport them to WA - is there any possibility of shipping them to us? We are also looking into shipping options on our end.
Would love to connect with you further.
Best,
Amy
Hello Mr Sills,
I am very interested in the entire set of NG collection. I used to read them as a kid with my Dad and want my children to do the same.
Thank you for the time.
Sincerely,
Matthew Weaver
