As a lifelong NGS fan, I felt fortunate to be contacted about serving as the Associate Editor of the new (at the time) scientific journal, National Geographic RESEARCH. I am a primatologist, and NGS has clearly played an important role in the development our this field. I moved from my position as curator of primates for the Chicago Zoological Society to NGS at the beginning of 1985 and was employed by NGS through 1988. Now I am an old man with many good memories and a basement full of "stuff." As I downsize, I am sorting through this stuff and trying to get it into the hands of people who will use and value it. I have 36 individual copies of the RESEARCH journal, plus a bound set of volumes 1-4. I see I also have a couple of NGS centennial items that might interest NGS fans/collectors. Please feel free to get in touch with me if you are interested. My gmail address is "agingapes" (without the "). Joe Erwin
