Got a number of maps from the late 19th century and early 20th. Have no idea what their value might be. They are mostly in VG condition. Is anyone aware of a up-to-date price list? Please share it with me if you do. Many thanks.

Hi Ted,

A few questions...Are your maps reprints or originals? Also could you list the maps. Some like the Jan 1902 Philippines maps(2) are super valuable. I hope this helps you ...

Best,

Phil

Hi Ted,

The problem  with pricing early (pre 1907)  maps is that they very rarely come up for sale alone without their magazine. The prices I'm quoting are for the magazines for these years. From my experience buying maps I would value the map about 1/3 of the magazine value for the pre 1907 maps and only $20 to $40 each for the 1908 to 1918 maps. These are for maps in VG condition. Here are the Magazine values for 1896-1905:
1896-$220, 1899-$396, 1900-$164, 1905-$115. The exception is the Machu Picchu (4/13) pictorial -$100.00
I hope these prices  help you in selling your maps...Good Luck
Best,
Phil

Phil,

What can I say but a simple thank you? How kind of you! My Feedback for you would be *****.!

Regards,

Ted

I would be interested in the maps not the pictorial supplements. If you have figured out your prices let me know on here or message me. Thanks
