1909 - 1915 - 8 Volumes Just Discovered

Just found 8 beautifully bound - blue leather - faux ostrich -  by my grandfather/collector of National Geographic magazines and a fine book binder from the late 1800's to 1916.

 

Two volumes entitled Miscellany contain:  First -  Vol.XX, No.10 - October, 1909 through Vol. XXI. No. 11 -  November 1910 and the second volume Vol.XXII - No.9, September 1911, .Vol.XXIII, No.4 -  April 1912;  Vol.XXIII, No.9 - September 1912 and Vol.XXIII, No.10, October 1912.

 

The remainder are two volumes each of the years 1913. 1914, 1915 - all in truly remarkable condition.

 

I would appreciate some feed-back in regard to the above - I have had some interest in them and would like to ascertain through my research here and on other sites what the value/and rarity might be

You have a very odd binding for your "volumes." A real volume was six issues, Jan-Jun and July-Dec. And that is the way they are bound. Their value depends on whether they have the covers and the ads. Without them, each "volume" might be worth $20 to $40. With them, possibly $50.
