Nat Geo archives

Not a collecting topic, but just a quick question.  Is anyone having trouble getting into the NG Archives?  For the past three weeks, I have been frozen out of it 90% of the time.  My browser is working fine for all other websites.  I complained to NG, and got a reply with suggestions, none of which worked.  Responded that it was still a problem, but have gotten no answer for over a week.  Just wondering if it's a widespread issue, or if I'm just extra special.

. . . I know that sometimes this site also "glitches" out. 

I have not been on the NGM Archives pages in a while.
