...but the red spine text on the May NGM does not actually reference this supplement itself : ( "Special Issue" only. And, I don't care for how they call these "posters" even when the perforated variety; it somehow demeans the scope of a (more) truer "supplement", such as this one.
Meanwhile, I still have not received my May issue, lol. I'm jealous of you guys getting them, mid-month usually. I only know about the spine red-text from the rack copy I saw last night.

The red lettering on the spine for this issue references the article (in this case ""special issue") that is associated with the loose supplement. This practice is identical to that of the previous map of the Amazon.
They stopped using red lettering for the perforated posters awhile back. At the time I was hoping that that meant they were going to start loose supplements again but now, after two in the past half year, I'm just over the moon.

Right, and I hope we will be seeing more too! ~ I know what you mean, I noted the last 2 "special issue" monikers in red-text of late, like the Climate issue at end of 2015....
