I'm trying to put together a set of early reprints, but don't know how many issues are in the first few years. I know there was just the one issue in 1888, but how many are in 1889, 1890, and so on until it was a monthly publication?

Mel,
She accepted my offer and we did the deal for all five volumes. Now all I need are issues 2, 3, and 4 from Volume I. Somehow I ended up with two Vol. I, No. 1 reprints.
Thanks again,
Mark
I thought there was a listing for all four of Volume I, could be mistaken.
Check the inside back cover, lower right quadrant. If there is a very small number "75," you have two different issues of the same reprint. The one without the number is a 1964 reprint, the other is obviously a 1975 reprint. Worth having one of each for your collection.
Mark,
There is an image of the inside back page of the 1975 Vol 1, No 1 issue in the comments in one of Mel's discussions HERE.
See if you can find the '75'.
.
As it turns out, I have two of the 1975 reprints of Vol. I, Number 1. Woo-hoo!
Mel,
I saw that listing and considered it, but finally thought the better of it. Three of the issues have staple rust, which might be acceptable on an original, but on reprints I think I'll wait.
Thanks
Mark
