Contact "creativesold" on eBay. If he doesn't have them listed in his store I know he has (or at least had) a complete set of slip cases from 1950 through 2001.

Hi Dennis,

I surely wish I could actually help you with this, as I have a near full run of the slipcases (empty), but they are buried in storage and I have no realistic chance of getting to them (and collating them to ID what years are there, any missing, etc.) any time soon...months.

Eeek, I wish I had gotten to this already! I need them gone a la space saving!
