National Geographic Collection

My Grandfather passed away recently and has a big collection of National Geographic.  What is one to do with a collection like this.  I have not gone through all of them yet to see all the volumes.  But I know the year he started collecting looks like 1973 possibly. Is there really a market to sell them?  Can someone guide me with this.  Thank you

To add to this I actually found a certificate in a frame say that my grandfather is a member of the National Geographic Society.  Thought that was neat !!

Thank you for your help...I will definitely read that.  I would not want to see this collection thrown away as he spent so many years reading and collecting them.  He loved his National Geographic's !!
