I have magazines from 1945 to 2011 available to anyone free, if you can arrange to pick them up in western Massachusetts.

Hi Robert,

I'm in California but would be interested to know what condition your collection is in.  Also, if I could arrange with a transporter, perhaps you could tell me what companies are in the area (?what part of Massachusetts?) that I could connect with.  Are they already in boxes or would I have to box them for transport?  Thanks, Robert.

Hi Marlene,

    I'm no expert, but would say that they are in fair to good condition, the more recent ones being in better condition. I am located in the western part of Mass. I would be willing to box and ship at your cost. I don't know what shipping costs would be. They are quite heavy, each year (12 issues) weights about 10 pounds.

Thanks, Bob.  I know moving companies will often "add on" other persons' things being transported if this is an option for any of the companies which may transport coast to coast.  I can obtain a few quotes if I know your zip code.  That may be an alternative to postal shipping rates.

     Since my posting I have promised 1950-1945 issues to another party, so those are not available. Also a few other issues are missing. The zip code for Plainfield, MA is 01070.
