Original 1897 „The Annexation of Hawaii“
I was recently fortunate enough to acquire an original copy of the very rare 1897 lecture to the NGS „The Annexation of Hawaii“ in excellent condition. Never thought I would see a copy of this. I believe this May be one of only 4 or so copies extant. The others I have been able to track down are at Ohio State University, Stanford University and in the National Library of Australia. Another copy sold at auction in California for $3000 in December 2021.See More

I believe Larry Koopman passed away a few years back, he was in poor health. I was able to get some rare Volume Indexes from him before he stopped dealing.

I hate to keep being the barer of sad tidings, but Jeff Persons passed away over a year ago. He helped me a lot with my collecting. I was sorry to see him go.
