Hello Mr. Tony Bowman,
I am very excited to hear from regarding the National Geographic magazine collection. I have my uncles who reside in the US and have agreed to ship these Nat Geo Mags to me. I am an educator working with schools and colleges here. I am told that the shipping charges for used books and magazines for the purpose of education are minimal. I will soon be sending the required official letter requesting for these used magazines so as to help the person shipping these mags to me.
Once I get the final word from you that I can collect these Nat Geo mags from you, I will hasten the process and collect the same from you at the earliest. I cannot express in words the excitement of my students who are looking forward to get this Nat Geo collection for their school library. Many of them have never held a copy of Nat Geo in their hands. We all thank you for giving an opportunity to for many children to learn and know the earth as Nat Geo portrays it.
I request you to please give me your contact details like telephone number and your location address so that I can pass it on to the person who will be collecting the mags from you and arrange it to ship it to us.

As of now,we can communicate via email. I'm hesitant to give out personal information, for now. Please confirm that you have someone that will come to Florida, take the magazines that I have, and ship them to you at your expense. I do not plan on shipping them or moving them. They are located on the second story of my home.

Hi, Thanks for your prompt reply. I was eagerly waiting to hear from you and confirm that the Nat Geo collection is still available for me. Yes I totally understand your concern about giving out personal information and my apologies for asking.
I am in touch with the person who will be collecting the Nat Geo collection from you. As soon as I finalize the arrangement I shall inform you the name of the person who will get in touch with you through email and inform you the date of collection. Most probably in the last week of this month. Once you agree to the date and time of your convenience, my uncle or my cousin will collect the mags. I shall let you know their names and contact details once I get the confirmation.
