I have 1982 to 2003 full sets of National Geographic

I have 1982 to 2003 full sets of National Geographic magazines or books I don't know what to call them. And one os the books from 1988 has a silver cover. All books are in cases except 2000 to 2003. All of them are in perfect condition. I have a travlers magazine from 1996 March/April. And a lot of old National Geographic maps. I am looking for what they are worth if they are worth nothing my family will be throwing them away.
The names of the maps are The Mesoamericans, The North, The Romans, Natural Hazard of North America, The Solar System, Star Birth in the Orion Nebula, Millennium in maps Biodiversity, Spain and Portugal, Millennium in maps Population, World Ocean floors Pacific Ocean, Millennium in maps Exploration, Amazonia a world Resource at risk, Millennium in maps physical earth, Atlantic Canada, Pinnipeds around the world, millennium maps culture, Precious resource water, and British Colombia

It is a shame, because they appear at first glance to be in excellent condition, but you will most likely end up recycling them.

Unless you wish to dedicate a considerable amount of time and energy to individually sell them, or even just some key issues, such as the silver cover, or just the supplements as a group, etc., you will probably not find it worth your time.

Do a search on eBay for a particular year of National Geographic Magazine and assess for yourself whether or not you might be able to sell them, even by year as a 12 issue lot.
