I happened into about 400-600 issues of NGM, ranging from 1938 to 1994. After going through and pulling the issues I need to fill in holes in my collection, I'm stuck with about 300 duplicates, mostly from the '50s to the '80s. Some years I have triples or even quadruples of.
What's the best way to dispose of these? I'm guessing I should try to build as complete a set as I can and sell that, and then sell individual complete years, and then bundle the leftover issues and sell those? They're mostly in really good shape.
I've got a used bookshop here in Richmond that deals in NGMs, but I don't know that they'd be willing to shell out for a collection that size.
