A place for all things space related.  Topics, especially with National Geographic tie-ins can include:

* Manned space flight (from the Space Race to Artemis).

* Planetary exploration.

* Exoplanets.

* Earth as a planet.

* Astronomy (Stars and Galaxies).

* Astrophysics (Black Holes, Big Bang, and such).

 * Any other thing space related that you can think of.

    Today marks the 65th anniversary of me catching the "Space" bug.  I was 10 years old and I went out to fetch the morning paper.  The headline read: "First Man in Space."  Having grown up watching "Rocky Jones and the Space Rangers" I thought that people were in space all the time.  I had to learn more.  Long story short, a little over three weeks later I was watching Alan Shepard become the second man in space, and I've been following each flight ever since.
