Wanted: Mixed collection for HS classroom
I am a high school English teacher in the upper Midwest and I would love to find a mixed collection for my classroom. I understand that there are certain issues and eras that are less valuable than others and would like to find such a set at low cost. I am not particular about what issues or years are included; these would be copies held in my room to be read by my students.
I am unfamiliar with how collectors move such heavy items around the country, but if you have a set you can part with at low cost (and could advise about shipping) I would greatly appreciate your offers.

Check out the "dealer directory" link in the upper left corner of the main page on this forum.
Some of the dealers may have damaged issues (missing covers, pages, etc.) that are not collectible and may be willing to let go of them for a nominal price.
Don't forget to search through this forum as there are often entries from people trying to find a home for collections, inherited or otherwise.

I have a few years worth of National Geographics from late 70's early 80's and a couple of recent years. I could easily get them to you in Madison. I'm just 20 miles away in Lodi. Let me know if you would be interested, I could very likely just bring them right to your school if you want them! Patty

I have 1950-1954 I'd let go cheap 25 bucks shipping ups will probably be around 40 more that's a guess though
