Here's a little item on eBay that I think Phil would have loved. Someone has posted for sale a folder with reprints of advertisements of cars, trucks, and busses from National Geographic magazines from 1957.
The way the cover looks, I assume there were folders for other types of ads in his collection as well; not to mention other years than 1957.
The origin of these car advertisement reprints is unclear, but they each have a copyright stamped across the bottom reading:
Copyright (c) 1999-2001 by National Geographic Society, All Rights Reserved
Note: This item has since sold, or was withdrawn from eBay.
