No slipcases are not particularly hard to come by, if you don't mind paying what the NGS charges for them.
In my case, I have a large basic collection, also one for my daughter, and other more specialized ones, and I prefer keeping the mags in those slipcases, (regardless of the years printed on them). They help preserve the mags, and make it easier to slip individual mags in and out, without the weight of a hundred mags on them. I must have 200 or so, but still want more.
I do have very good quality year sets for most of the years from 1963 to 1981, and most include all of the supplement maps, but not the slipcases. I suppose I could provide these also, but not necessarily with all of the exact dates for the period you are interested in.
