National Geographic's Collectors Corner

Collaborative site for collectors, dealers, & anyone interested in our history.

I am looking to find good homes for my extra National Geographics and binders.  I've attached a list of what I have. These are generally Good (1) or Very Good (2) in condition and range from 1916 to 1952.

Ideally I'd like to trade them for magazines/maps I don't have. Send me note if you're interested and I'll send you my want list. If you'd prefer to buy them I am asking around (plus shipping):

1950-1969   $2
1940-1949   $3
1930-1939   $4
1916-1929   $5

Binders              $5

Or make an offer....

If interested send me a note at:

Thanks (and my wife thanks you)

Steve,

If your VG meets the criteria below, I'd be interested in upgrading one or two issues:

"Minor soiling, creasing (two minor tears) with moderate surface wear on the cover with moderate reflectivity and fading. The spine must be intact and complete with moderate tears. Interior pages may have minor soiling and discoloration - but otherwise must be complete with all pages present (to include advertising)."

If comparable, I'd like to purchase the September 1934 issue.

Does your March '38 issue come with the map supplement, and if so, which version, i.e. Austria as an independent nation or as part of the German nation?

Thank you for your offer and time.

Mel

Hi Mel,

Sept 38 would be VG but the back page has a 0.5 inch by 3 inch section where some of the cover surface has been torn away - like someone removed a small piece of tap. Otherwise its in very good shape.

Don't have a map with the march 1938 version.

Thanks for the reply - I think I'll pass on this one.

Good luck with your sale.

Mel
