National Geographic World Magazine Needed
I am trying to find the June 1989 Issue of National Geographic World Magazine. This was the predecessor of National Geographic Kids.
I am hoping someone on this forum might have one for sale or know where I can find one.

Sorry Joe, I don't collect World. Somebody else here might. I looked for this issue on-line but I couldn't find one. I just posted the picture that is archived here at the 'Corner. I go by Tom BTW.

Thanks Tom... I realize the "World" version is not collected like the regular magazine is but I am hoping that someone might have one in their archives to sell.

You can set up a standing search specifically for National Geographic World Magazine.
You can set it up to notify you by email with new additions. I have found this to be the best search for World magazine. I started with the need to fill five posters missing in my collection and to replace one issue in poor condition. I'm down to one poster and one replacement. It takes time - but something should eventually come along.
Unfortunately, you'll get everything with "World" in its title that is National Geographic, but it's easy enough to sort through. If you try to specify June 1989 that will tend to give you everything with June and 1989 in the title and concentrates on the NGM, not the World Magazine.

at the top center should be a link "a heart I believe" where you can click and "save" your search.
Verify by going to "my eBay" link at the top right of your eBay menu. Click on "saved searches." Hover over you saved search and verify that email subscription is linked. Your done!
