Here are (I hope) helpful suggestions pertaining to the item numbers you listed above:

#1 was published in the July 1907 issue.

#2 & #4 are the flip sides of the same map published in the May 2003 issue.

#5 is not s simple answer, i.e. there is no such supplement (to the best of my knowledge) that addresses only U.S. Explorers. However, there was a supplement for World Explorers issued in the February 1998 issue and, perhaps more like what you're asking for, an "Historical Map of the United States" published in June 1953 that lists just about every detail (to include explorers) you can think of - obviously, the map is "very busy" with notes all over it.

Finally, #6 was published in the July 1978 issue.

If you are intent in locating "original" supplements, you can search eBay for the exact month and date and most likely find issues with supplements for these items. You might even get lucky and locate just the supplement for sale.

On the other hand, if you only want a copy of the supplement, you may be able to purchase a new issue directly from the NGS at: http://www.ngmapcollection.com/

I hope this helps!
