Does anybody know if there is a Full list of which months contained Maps/Supplements ?

I actually need from the Start up to 1949 as I have the remainder.

I use an old price list from 1978 that Don Smith sent out. It's really helpful. Once in a while you can find his price lists for sale for a modest price.

There are several lists of maps & supplements on the Map, Atlas, Supplement and Index group here at the 'Corner.  Just click on the Groups button near the top of any screen and select the MAS&I group.  You will find several map list on the comment wall and in the many discussions posted in group.

It will be a lot of work but I'd love to see your list when you're ready. I've been busy checking off my collection on the Johnston Archive list, most satisfying. Now I'll have to organize a list of what I don't have!
