Looking for ad by Portuguese Tourist Board - Fall 1974 issues of Nat Geographic - South American edition?

My initial discussion thread on International editions of NG, looking for a specific ad by the Portuguese National Tourist Board turned up one from February 1975, with similar text but radically different graphics. I saw the ad in an issue delivered to the interior of SP state, Brazil, on February 22, 1975.

I have always believed that issue was October or November 1974. Any collectors in South America who can confirm any ads in the fall 1974 issues of National Geographic? I'm open to discuss acquisition of the issue that has the specific ad in it that I'm looking for.
