I have recently come across the above amongst some things I received when my dad passed away.

It's in book form and is in very good condition. I'm curious to what value it may have.

Depending upon paper stock it is either an original indice members could request, or if fairly stiff a reprint of the same from approximately 1968-1969 which remain available and free-of-charge until around 1994. The reprints are fairly common and often do not sell on eBay for even $1-$5. If seller knows the difference and advertises it as an original, older ones can fetch $25. 1930s would probably be cheaper, but might reach the same. The problem is not their scarcity (they are) there just is very little demand, as binding cost has soared so high fewer institutions are binding and even fewer collectors.
