From the image you posted of this issue I feel I need to let you know that it is a 1922 reprint and not an original.  The vertical lines down the cover were intentionally included on the reprints so they would not be mistaken for the originals.

The NG Society produced these reprints of Vol 1, No 2 (and Vol 1, No 4) in 1922 because these two issues were extremely rare and many collectors needed them to complete their collections.

I am sure he has pricing on reprints; I just can't find them, of hand.  You should ask him, direct.

There is a section for individual reprints with two paragraphs specifically addressing the 1922 reprints (to include a fraudulent sale of these issues as originals).

Very good copies of these issues "should" go for about $150 - but not lately. Please read the discussion for more information.
