National Geographic's Collectors Corner

Collaborative site for collectors, dealers, & anyone interested in our history.

We have a collection of Nat Geo magazines spanning the years 1955 to 2006.  We have many complete years and a number of nearly complete years.  The magazines are in very good condition.  This collection appears to be headed for the recycling bin, but we would be happy to make any of it available to anyone who wants it for the price of the postage needed to send anything.

From what I can see on this list and elsewhere, trying to sell these is not worth the time and effort, but it does seem a shame to just toss them away.

Another option perhaps is to donate to a charitable body such as heartforethopia.org

They are a major seller (of National Geographic) on ebay and all for a good cause.

They seem to be based in Texas.

Thanks.  We have ended up donating them to Magazine Literacy, a charity based in Ohio.  They have been happy to get National Geographics.  I gather they are particularly helpful for teaching literacy to adults at risk.

Hello Michael
I am yashwant from India.
I really want to gift the collection to my grandfather on his 75th birthday.
I am ready pay the shipping fees.
Can we please discuss about it?
You can contact me on alarkhardikar10@gmail.com

Thanks
Yashwant

Yashwant,

I'm sorry, but we have donated the magazines to

a charity that promotes adult literacy.

I'm sure you can find other collections on this site.
