Hi All
Here is a fine example of an entry membership letter during the early 1900's growth of National Geographic, written to Mr. Edward Butts, KC, MO, Nov.23,1905 stating a membership at the time of 9,000 and subscription price of $2 per year. Way cool to read and own as a piece of National Geographic ephemera.
If you are interested in buying this letter with accompanying medallion, please let me know your email address so we may begin a conversation.
Thanks for reading!
Dave

...does the reverse side of the medallion indicate and 1888-1988 centennial by chance? If so, this is the same one I have.
Sure does Scott. Super cool medallion you have! I wish I had the space for properly presenting the letter/medallion so hopefully some collector can enjoy it...
I also have the medallion with 1888-1988 centennial on the reverse. Mine is bronze colored. Is yours also bronze colored?
I would be interested in the letter. Please contact me at natgeo@whovian.name. Thank you.
