Advice on 1917-1999 National Geographic Magazine
I have a collection that I inherited we went through most of it over the 3 day weekend it is complete from 1917-1999 it has 95-97% of the maps has alot of duplicate magazines and maps we took pictures by the year and only got to 1967 and have more to go. I would like to say I have the room for it and it will be in my libary if anybody would like to see it but in reality I hate to say it but I have to get rid of it. I really do not want to sell it 1 month at a time. My question is what is the best way to do it sell it by the year or in a lot and where to sell it Ebay, Yahoo, ect...? Being near South Central Missouri there is not a place that deals with old NGM. Thanks for the input. Mike

One suggestion for a tax write off, is Oklahoma City's Mayfair Center that does time capsule project for elderly. Otherwise, I think the early years are likely best to generate any real return if pictured and listed singularly. After about 1950, you'll be luck to find anybody who'll even take them for a tax write off. Good luck
