Inventory list for Map Indexes

I invite any comments on the attached (EXCEL) inventory list for Map Indexes.

I have provided this list to Mike Christie for inclusion on his XYZ Collectibles web site.

Please critique for accuracy to help him (and me) to get it right for collectors.

I have tried to make the listing self-explanatory. Black entries are items I presently have (and have corrected the titles to be those exactly as written on the Map Index). Red entries are copied directly from Nathan's checklist.

I also attached a research (WORD) document that outlines some of the difficulties I had trying to verify Nathan's checklist.

Based on Mel's research, I've now created the map index collection on XYZ; it can be seen at this page.  I'd be glad of any comments or corrections.  Also, if anyone has copies of indexes for which we have no picture, I'd be grateful for a scan of the front cover of those indexes -- it makes the collection look a lot nicer if we have scans for each item.
