I came across one from May 12, 1930 on pastpaper.com but I not sure its one you need.  It's from the '29/'30 school year but listed as Volume 9, Number 12.  You have that school year listed as Volume 8.  Anyway, here it is:

From your photographs it looks like you have a large collection of National Geographic magazines and not National Geographic School Bulletins. I also ready have the magazines you are offering.
