Photography, is a very powerful medium of expression and communication.
Excellent photographs not only display facts — they tell stories, feelings and also manage to share one's feelings with the audience. Photography is the art of freezing time... the ability to store emotion, feelings and it does it within a split second.
A photograph can also show the emotions of the photographer that he or she was experiencing at the time.
Being a professional photographer is not always easy, in fact, at times it can very hard work. A photographer needs to find perfect timing, perspective and even more so, when you're on a special assignment like a Royal Tour or Heads of State. During my time, I met some very interesting people. That ordinarily, I would never have been given the privilege to meet, let alone being able to talk to them.
To achieve and accomplish excellent photography, one needs to have a lot of practice and patience however, the results can be truly satisfying and even very stunning at times and need I say, very rewarding at the end of the day.
Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever... it remembers little things, long after you have forgotten and the subject matter is so much more important than the photographer.
I hope you enjoy my work as much as I enjoyed doing the photography.
