"Finbar, Some details that may help sell your items, if you don't mind? It is uncommon to see volumes with complete magazines (covers and ads) bound into them. Are your 1906 - 1918 volumes just with their covers (still unique) or are they…"

Great Deal!

I would like to thank all of the people who answered and helped me with valuing my collection. I realize now that what is valuable is the society reprints of 1888-1907, most people giving me valuations betweem $2,500 and $3,500. The entire collection from 1916-present in society slipcases is not worth that much, except for certain issues that sell between $10 and $35. So my offer is to sell the contents of the 2 shelves in the attached photos, plus any other issues that you specify between 1916…See More

Collection re-sale?

Wondering if any collectors out there would be interested to see if any of their clients would be interested in the collection and we could agree some fee for the re-sale? I have original magazines bound in covers from 1906-1918. Additional reprint of Vol 1 No 1 and original duplicate mags from Nov…See More

"Based on what Melvin replied and information from another long-time collector, it seems that a fair price for my collection would be $3,500 for the reprints and $3,500 for the rest, $7,000 total."
