National Geographic bound set from 1940 to 1980. The magazines were customized for me personally, than I lost interested and did not continue to bind them. The issues were oversewn, bound in Buckram with Gold lettering.
The magazines were bound with all the covers left in place for a Table of Contents, and for ease in, my reading, the ads were removed. The ads are bound in the July and December issues.
The time period from 1940 to 1980 was a very interesting time period covering World War Two, the Korean War, and Vietnam. The flight to the Moon and many other events made this a very rich time period in American History.
Included with this set, I also have unbound issues from 1920 to 193 complete. All bound and unbound issues are packed and ready for shipping or pick up. The bound volumes weigh 508 pounds and the unbound issues weight 268 pounds for a total of 776 pounds.
There are 80 volumes at $18 each for a total of $1440.00. This does not include shipping.
