Presented to The Queen by the Premier of the Cook Islands Albert Royal Henry on the occasion of the Opening of Rarotonga International Airport during the Royal Visit to the Cook Islands in January 1974.
Bill Johnson was presented with one of the 150x Special Limited Edition Medallion Medals by Sir Albert Henry KBE Premier of the Cook Islands 'In Recognition' for his photographic achievements during the Royal Visit of H. M. Queen Elizabeth II.
The most notable being presented to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II during her stay in Rarotonga.
