    Are you aware of a Don Smith publication that runs from 1888 to 2000?

    Someone has recently posted "fuzzy" info as to same on this forum.

    Thanks for the compliment and the info.  I'll adjust my list accordingly.  I do have the 1933 USA index.  (it is my oldest.)  As for the 1921 Europe index, I only wish I had one.
