Thank you!  I see on your profile that you're in Ocean City, NJ.  I am located in North Carolina, so it'll be a road trip for me, but I'm familiar with that area -- I used to live in NJ at one point and I've made the NC-NJ drive many times before.  A Saturday would be easiest for me -- but given that these are at a school, would it be best for me to be there during business hours on a Monday or Friday?  In terms of timing, I'd prefer to wait until March to get past the worst of Winter, but I can certainly come sooner if that makes a difference.  My preference would be Saturday March 13 or Saturday March 27 -- with the next best days being the Friday of each same weekend (12th, 26th).  If you'd prefer to handle the logistics over email instead, please feel free to reach out directly at eckertd@gmail.com.
