Collection from first issue (1888?) to ~2000

I have inherited my father’s collection of National Geographic magazines. I believe that the first issue was 1888. Most are originals, but some of the very old issues are reprints (red cover?).
This collection should go somewhere—schools, nursing homes, a private collector—so they are not lost forever. I am looking for some direction or advice on how this might be accomplished.
I live in Florida and have 40+ book boxes of these magazines.
I have attached a few pictures to give a sense of the older issues, their condition—with some in storage sleeves.

Hello, Kathy. I would be interested in the red brick issues, plus some maps and a couple of 1896 numbers. I am located in Spain. I'll send you a friend request to speak in private.

    Thank you,

    Juan Carlos.
