<p>If there is a "75" on the inside back cover, the reprint was made in 1975 and 10,000 unbound copies were printed. If the inside back cover is completely blank, the reprint was made in 1964 and 1,000 unbound copies were printed. The value of the 1975 reprint is less that that of the 1964 reprint.</p>

<p>The originals were about 6 x 9 1/2 inches (roughly 15 x 24 cm).</p>
<p>The reprints were 7 x 10 inches (roughly 18 x 26 cm), or the same size as current issues.</p>
