<p>Minor tape repair begins with the VG standard. Of course the tape in question is the acid free archival tape, not scotch tape, which utterly demolishes a magazines value. A magazine with the entire binding taped is no better than Fair.</p>

<p>I like this, but have some questions. First is what does having tape on the spine do to the grading? Second, do you have a standard for grading maps? It would help tremendously to have a grading standard, especially from what I have seen pass for excellent condition on eBay.</p>
