I work in a library in upstate New York, and our new director has discarded our entire collection of Nat Geos. We have a complete set from 1909 to 1988, with everything nicely bound except for the early 1920s. Although we wouldn’t turn away a donation, we aren’t asking for money (despite the binding costs over the years), but we wouldn’t ship them for free either, and the books are heavy. Any takers?
(If anyone has info about how valuable the older books are, as in, “you are crazy to give such away”, let me know that too!) We also do have loose magazines 1999-2021.

I realize you posted this 3 months ago, but if any of these earlier editions are still available, I would be interested in coming by to pick them up. I have my own inherited collection that I have added to over the years, so I would be interested in the pre-1920 volumes. I’m not interested in obtaining them to resell them (if that makes any difference), I’m just a history buff and former archivist with a love of the photos and adventures that each issue contained.
Kathy, I hope you get a response. I am thrilled to read of your love and appreciation of information and history!
