Congratulations on reaching 89. Never happen to me, I'm sure; I'm pushing 74 but smoked for many years. Back to business:

 I'm interested in Format 5 (January, 1910 and earlier) and will pay cash on the barrelhead. My wife and I sell NG's on eBay.
